Fresh, free range, meadow raised whole chickens and chicken breasts from Snowdance Farm in Livingston Manor, NY.
Slope Farm meadow raised & grass finished beef is back in stock!!! Great assortment of cuts and plenty of ground for your BBQ plans. This is really superb beef. If you're new to grass and water fed beef, start with the ground -- you'll never look at grain fed beef the same way. The difference is the lean texture and massive beef FLAVOR and with less of the bad fats and more of the good. You can't go wrong.
Also fresh Rabbit from Stone and Thistle Farm in East Meredith, NY.
We are establishing ourselves as the Western Catskills premier source for fresh organic salad greens!
Just arrived more fresh organic salad greens from Willow Wisp Farm. You have to try Greg's Japanese Turnips -- on the palate they start off with a surprisingly soft bite followed by a mild radish flavor and then gently roll into the finish with a really nice punch of horseradish. A great salad accompaniment or simply for a healthy snacking. Only $3.50 a bunch.
New! New! New! Pork roulette and more fresh handmade goat milk chocolate fudge from Stone and Thistle Farm. Impressive and delicious.
Almost forgot... Our NJ friends have shared with us a couple of flats of their organic heirloom blueberries - a must have! Serve with our great assortment of local granola.
And finally, plenty of fresh smoked trout in honor of the parade.
Hope to see you soon!
